Typographical Errors
In the event that a Better Baby Bums product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Better Baby Bums reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Better Baby Bums reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Better Baby Bums shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination

Return Policy
Better Baby Bums will be happy to return or exchange any items that are in the original packaging, with packaging in good condition. Customers pay return shipping charges. Better Baby Bums stands behind its products; however, due to the nature of a number of the items we sell, we cannot provide refunds on items that are not reusable such as baby bottles, nipples, water bottles and sippy cups. If you are not satisfied with a product, we recommend contacting the product company directly.

Diaper Exchange
Better Baby Bums is happy to exchange diapers purchased from us for a larger size if your little one has outgrown the size you currently have. Diapers must be in unopened packs with the packaging being in good, salable condition. Shipping is at the expense of the customer.
