Return Policy

Better Baby Bums will be happy to return or exchange any items that are in the original packaging, with packaging being in good condition. Shipping on returns will be at the cost of the customer unless the item arrived to the customer damaged. Better Baby Bums stands behind its products however, due to the nature of a number of the items we sell, we cannot provide refunds on items that are not reusable such as baby bottles, nipples, water bottles, sippy cups, dishes, and cooking utensils. If you are not satisfied with a product, we recommend contacting the product company directly.

Diaper Exchange

Better Baby Bums is happy to exchange diapers purchased from us for a larger size if your little one has outgrown the size you currently have. Diapers must be in unopened packs with the packaging being in good, salable condition. Shipping is at the expense of the customer.
